Clients have come to us with some common design dilemmas: not having a design eye and/or no time to decorate a space. The process of furnishing and styling a space from scratch can feel completely overwhelming with all the design and functional choices to consider. This doesn’t mean a client shouldn’t have a beautiful space they love coming home to. At EP Design Studio, we’re committed to offering a valuable design service that is streamlined and simple for our clients.
With a premium Full Service Design experience, you receive one-on-one design services directly with our Interior Decorator from start to finish. With your collaboration during the discovery phase, we get to create an overall design vision for your home. After this, our Interior Decorator will source all new furnishings/accessories, handle procurement, and coordinate professional install and styling. This elevated client process allows you to be as hands-off as you prefer and trust the execution of a beautiful design to your home.
We believe in giving back valuable time to your schedule, so you can focus on other priorities in life and not need to worry about all the little design decisions that go into home design projects.
It can feel daunting trying to figure out where to begin or how much the investment will be. We work with you on finding your style and creating a realistic budget. By hiring an Interior Decorator, you’ll feel confident in the investment of Full Service Design!
An Overview of Our Process:

All projects begin by filling out an inquiry through the website. You’ll be emailed a link to set up a time to chat for a quick Discovery Call. It’s a great chance to talk a bit more about the project and see if our services are a great fit for your home project! After that, we’ll schedule a paid Home Consultation at your project location to assess the space and learn everything we need to know. This includes your wants/needs, budget, aesthetic, lifestyle factors, etc. This is also a fantastic opportunity for you to learn about our process more in depth. Once that’s wrapped up, your Interior Decorator will be able to create a customized Design Proposal and Design Fee quote for you to review on moving forward!

From here, is where the design magic happens! An Interior Decorator will thoughtfully source items that fit your needs & wants from a variety of vendors. Not only that, but you also receive customized Design Deliverables for your Project. This includes design boards, furniture layouts, conceptual 3D rendering mockups & detailed product lists. We want to make sure you can easily & confidently visualize the space.

After the design & products are approved/finalized by you, we manage the entire process by placing the orders and shipping it to a receiving warehouse for inspection and safe storage. You get to sit back while your Designer works behind the scenes to take care of all the logistics. All you have to do is wait for everything to come together!

Once all your items have been shipped and delivered to the receiving warehouse, an installation day will be scheduled where we layout and assemble all furniture, style accessories, and take professional photographs of the completed space.
Your fully furnished turnkey home is ready; now you can sit back, relax and enjoy a space that’s finally a reflection of you!
*Design Fees for Full Service Design are dependent upon learning the scope of work involved after the Design Consultation.
