Full Service Design is our signature premium service, offering fully turnkey furnished & styled spaces. As a result of this, our fees reflect that level of work & investment.
We work on a hybrid compensation structure: custom flat fee & hourly. Design fees begin at a low four figure investment and can go up depending on the full scope of work involved. Many hours are dedicated to creating a design concept, sourcing all furnishings, providing design deliverables, the revision process, furniture procurement, coordination of white glove install & the overall work behind the scenes. All of this work provides our clients with a hassle-free experience!
In order to offer a custom quote, a paid Home Consultation is scheduled for a Designer to meet with a prospect & fully understand the scope of work needed for the project’s goals. Home Consultations are up to 1.5 hours and begin at $150 for local projects.

We primarily source directly from a variety of leading to-the-trade furniture vendors/manufacturers on Full Service projects. We aim to create interiors that are eclectic & intentionally curated from multiple sources. Here are just some of the major benefits of sourcing direct to trade vendors:
Extensive catalogue of furnishings to source from
Vendors at all different price points & styles
Ability to create semi-custom/custom pieces depending on the vendor
Vendors are directly processing & shipping the orders
No middleman retailer to go through for order & shipping updates
Knowledgeable sales reps that are educated about the products
Real time stock availability
While we mostly source from trade vendors, we definitely mix in some retail pieces if needed.

We work with a receiving warehouse that we ship all the furniture to. These professionals will receive, inspect & properly store all the furniture until install day. After every furniture piece has been properly received and inspected, an install day will be scheduled with the client. The warehouse team will complete a full white glove delivery experience for our clients. This means they are delivering the furniture inside the home, assembling and laying it out in it’s designated rooms.
Utilizing a white glove receiver gives us the opportunity to offer our clients a luxury & hassle-free client experience. Your newly furnished space will be ready to reveal to you all at once!

There’s no doubt that furnishings can be costly nowadays. We work with all our clients on creating a solid & realistic furniture budget that makes sense for the project’s goals.
A solid estimated furnishings investment may look like the following:
Standard Living Room: $20k+
Standard Dining Room: $15k+
Standard Bedroom: $12k+
These numbers are estimates and may not reflect your project’s scope of work & goals. The furnishings investment number can range depending on factors such as custom or in-stock furnishings, the size & the numbers of rooms. It’s also completely possible that you may invest more in certain pieces than others.
As part of our process, we send over a Furniture Budget Guideline for prospective clients! This Budget Guide gives a prospect an idea of a low, mid to high-end furniture investment. The ranges in this guide are numbers we typically see sourcing directly from a variety of furniture vendors/manufacturers.

Full Service Design may still be an option depending on what your budget is. For example, larger projects can be split into phases.
However, we still offer cost-effective design services that are great for clients who prefer to save costs by managing and executing their own projects!
Virtual Design is a 100% online design service and a fantastic solution for those with smaller budgets. Client’s receive shoppable product lists (along with design deliverables) to purchase the pieces & implement the design on their own. Learn more here.
In-person design consultations are ideal for the client who just needs a Designer to sit down, brainstorm & bounce design ideas off of. Read more about that here.

While we focus primarily on furnishing projects, we may take on a small scale remodeling or renovation project if it seems like a good fit. Feel free to reach out to chat with us about this! It’s important to note that we do not offer project management nor architectural design services for these types of projects. As part of our project structure, clients are responsible for directly hiring out any necessary contractors separate from our design services.
As our company grows, we hope to take on more of these types of projects in the near future!
